The Grizzly Roast was born from a simple belief: that the best part of any day starts with something made by hand. We opened our doors on 1st Street to serve Alamosa with bread baked from scratch, pastries that actually flake, and coffee worth waking up for.
Every recipe is tested, every batch is tracked, and nothing leaves our kitchen unless we'd be proud to serve it to our own family. That's the standard — and it's the only one we keep.
